David previously co-founded and served as Managing Partner of Center Street Lending, which grew into one of the nation’s largest fix-and-flip real estate lenders. He also served as President of SVN International for six years, leading the company's national expansion. SVN grew 15 fold in profit and revenues during David’s tenure.
Prior to that, David was President of CAM Commerce Solutions (NASDAQ: CADA), a software firm focused on POS systems and credit card processing. During his tenure, CAM’s market capitalization increased twenty-fold, and the company was twice recognized by Fortune magazine as one of the fastest-growing small-cap public companies.
With a background in technology and operations, David has served on the boards of several companies across various industries, including Fritz Duda Company, Watt Capital, Pacific Union Real Estate, EV Roberts Chemicals, Evans Manufacturing, California Stem Cell Research, Sellers Advantage, CAM Commerce Solutions, Cabo Chips, and the Navy SEAL Foundation.
He has also mentored the next generation, spending six years as an adjunct marketing professor in Pepperdine University’s MBA program. He has been a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization for 26 years.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Central Michigan University and an Executive MBA from Claremont Graduate School, where he studied under Peter Drucker.
