John Silvia is the founder of Dynamic Economic Strategy, bringing over three decades of experience as a chief economist in both the private sector and on Capitol Hill. He previously served as Managing Director and Chief Economist for Wells Fargo, and as a senior economist for the U.S. Senate Joint Economic Committee. John holds a Ph.D. in economics from Northeastern University and a master's degree from Brown University. He has been recognized for his forecasting accuracy by Bloomberg News and USA Today, and was awarded a National Association of Business Economics (NABE) Fellow Certificate of Recognition in 2011. John is also the author of "Dynamic Economic Decision Making," published by Wiley in 2011.
