Dr. John Rutledge is the Chief Investment Strategist at Safanad, a global investment firm with offices in New York, London, and Dubai. He contributes economic insights for CNBC and serves as a Senior Research Fellow at Claremont Graduate University, where he teaches and mentors PhD candidates. A key architect of the Reagan Economic Plan, Dr. Rutledge has advised U.S. administrations on tax policy and international economic reconstruction efforts. He is also Chairman of Tara’s Kids, a non-profit that builds libraries in remote Chinese and Tibetan villages.
